Lending terms

- External readers
up to 12 items for a period of 21 days, renewable once
- Teachers / Researchers / Staff
up to 20 items for 28 days, renewable once.
Daily newspapers and Hebdo are excluded from the loan.
One day of delay = one day ban from borrowing
